Stalls ID Malfunctions Report

This report is used for identifying specific stalls with ID faults (usually faulty antenna).

Red - Indicates a fault in the most recently ended session.

Yellow - Indicates faults that occurred in one of the previous sessions, but not the last sessions that ended.

Green - Indicates no faults occurred.

The upper table in the report details whether each stall is consistently achieving acceptable ID rates, as follows:

Stall

Displays the stall number; stalls with the most recent faults are listed first in the table.

Milked

Displays the number of cows milked in the stall during the milking session.

Low ID Rate

Fault symbol indicates fault symbol indicates that ID rates have dropped below 70% in the stall. There are several possible reasons for Low ID Rates:

  • Electromagnetic interference

  • Malfunctioning antenna(s)

  • Malfunctioning gate(s)

Note: Faulty antennas need to be replaced; please call Afimilk support.

Lower detailed report: Clicking on a row in the upper table opens the detailed report for the selected milking stall, to view the persistency of the fault per session, for the last six sessions.
